Refund & Cancellation Policy

THE OPUS ART is a digital art brand operated by EFE CETIN LTD. All products sold through our store are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital Products

Our products, including individual Archives and the Complete Collection, consist of downloadable digital artwork.

Because digital products are made available for immediate access after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the digital content has begun, except where required by applicable law.

By requesting immediate access to your digital purchase, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Digital Products

If a file you receive is corrupted, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@theopusart.com.

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a working or correct replacement file where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have in relation to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, contact us as soon as possible. We may refund the duplicate transaction after verifying the duplicate purchase.

Change of Mind

Once immediate access to or supply of the digital content has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, or personal preference.

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Before Digital Supply Begins

Where applicable law provides you with a cancellation right and supply of the digital content has not yet begun, you may contact us at support@theopusart.com to exercise that right.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is required by law or otherwise approved by us, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
